I think that it means when people are a good rolemodel for others and help other people out. I think every one in our class is trying to be a good rolemodel.

I want to stay healthy and always push myself because I know that I can do it if i try. I'm proud of everything so far that I did. I should just bring my PE strip.
Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described?
I think I should get a B beacuse I always try my best and i've only forgotten mt PE strip twice and even when I forgot it I did PE.
Simrat you are a very friendly person. People love to talk to you and hang out with you. That means they are also watching you as an example. I have seen an improvement in your effort in fitness and I encourage you to continue to learn how hard your body can actually work. It takes time to get used to ignoring your body's feeling of being tired but with practice you get stronger and more confident and you will look back at this blog and wonder how you thought this effort was trying your "hardest". :) Keep smiling and sweating!!
