Final Post :

This year I worked really hard but I think last semester I did good then this semester because I haven't been here that much like during the end of this year and I kind o slacked of. I always tired my best. I also just didn't stand there like I helped when people were getting the equipment out or like when we played dodge ball or any other sport I would always try my hardest and participate. I've learnt so much about my body and what kind of exercises you should do for certain things. I also liked how we got to make up our own exercises without using any equipment. Also like fitness was fun to because we made fitness fun by like carrying weights outside and running in teams or like the obstacles we did outside using the big tire was fun to which made fitness way better. If there's like a problem like getting into teams we also help out and just number people off so that's it fair for everyone and include everyone as well. Even at home I exercise now like go play outside for a couple of hours or go for runs. Even when schools going to end now I still will try to exercise everyday. I've learned quite a bit this year about our body's and why exercise is important to us. I think that I have tried all my best and put in a lot of effort this year even when I wasn't here when I did come back I tried way harder I just think that I should just run because I can run fast but I just give up and I shouldn't do that. I think that I would deserve a B because I always tired my very best at things even though sometimes I found it hard I still did them I also try doing different things . I also enjoy working and playing with different people that I don't know. This year has been very exciting.

  1. Okay.. I think your post is a nice reflection of your year. You know how to say all the right things, and you do just enough to NOT get in trouble but you know you're not actually working to your best... that's why you gave yourself a B instead of an A. I want you to reread my final blog posts (last 2) and Mr. Vaughan's last post (you can get his URL on mine) and Danielle's (find it in my reading list under full profile). Have you covered the learning specifics? Have you provided evidence for you claims? Can you prove your hard work? I encourage you next year to be much more clear about the process of what you are learning in PE rather than just turning up and smiling. :) You can start by using the blog to record what you do this summer.
